i'm so boring

I was gonna start off with "I HATE SNOW" again, but then thought "... all of my entries for this entire fucking winter season is gonna start off with that isn't it?"... and the answer is prolly yes. so... even if i forget to write "I HATE SNOW", pretend that it's there, okay? okay! ... and then that's when i thought "wow, i'm so boring... i have nothing else better to write".... AND THEN! i thought... "heheee... veronica used to say that alllll the time" (the "i'm so boring" part)... veronica is vivan's little sister. vivian was my best friend in grade 6, and veronica was so cute. i broke my spine cuz of veronica. and veronica loved me. all three of us would play together ALL the time. it was great. anyways, veronica used to say that to say "i'm so bored", but she was like 5, so ya.

what else? oh, we went swimming again yesterday. from 7AM 'til 8:30 for me, longer for andrew. then i fucking shoveled snow TWICE, and then once this morning. so i'm in sooooooooooooooo much pain. and i need to tensa-bandage my elbow again... and i threw out my knee too while swimming. great. ... but hey, i'm getting my froggie swimming good now! screw these dumbass english names - breaststroke!?!? wtf does it hafta do with your breasts, seriously?!? i don't even touch my boobs when i do my froggie swim, and my boobs are usually in the way all the time! so there. the chinese is name is so much better - literally "frog swim" ... hence i've affectionally termed my version of it as "froggie"... and it's the only stroke that i can do okay, according to andrew. cuz i suck at the normal thing (freestyle), and dolphin kicking/butterfly/backstroke are all friggin' impossible for me to do... just watching the butterfly is cool enough... i won't attempt it. i'll drink too much pee-infested-pool-water if i try. :P ... i drank two mouthfuls yesterday, AND lots of water went up my nose. i used to not have this problem... i guess i'll just hafta get used to swimming again. seriously, why didn't they teach me how to swim properly BEFORE??? now it's so hard to correct my technique...

oh, and i tried to mount my slides yesterday (that sounds wrong... shuddup... i used "permount" to 'mount' the coverslips onto my brain slices that had been stained on the microscope slides... get it? no? too bad) ... anyways, i SUCK!!! hahahahaaa! the first one i did, i dropped about 6 drops of permount on, and holy shit, it turned out soooooooooo bad (u're only supposed to drop 3 max... oops! did i know that? no!)!! then i tried to clean it with xylene... which didn't work either!! it made it worse. so i felt really bad telling Jose that i fucked it up... he came, saw the slides, and i said "sorry Jose, i need A LOT more practice with these...", and he was like "sorry for what?" ... "for messing it up"... "you didn't mess it up, it's fine"... (this is when i went "arrg? huh?? what are you talking about?! don't you SEE the blots of permount all over the place?!?!?") ... anyways, he didn't seem to mind the airbubbles inside or the BLOBS of permount all over the place... 'cept he didn't see my first slide... if he saw that, he prolly would've laughed and went "wow, you suck!" ... lalalalaaaa... i'm ramble-y. billy agrees.

my body hurts. i want my legs to hurt... why don't my legs hurt?? i worked a lot on my legs... why don't they hurt???? gebus... maybe i need to flutterboard more... what swimming exercises work out ur tummy?? ... sit ups are crappy... i dun like 'em... i wanna just do swimming to get into shape. tammy, u in??

i signed the form to be TA for biochem. i get paid $30/hr!! holy cow!!! it's grrreat! who knew!!! hahahaa! if this was a fulltime job, i'd get 60K, and that's like, crazy money!!! ^.^ ... i hope TA-ing is easy... or at least not too hard. i hope my students are smart... i want indra and serena and paul and chachi to be in my class... they'll make it fun, and not piss me off with stupid ass questions, which i'm sure the my kids will ask. heheee... now i'll have those kids, AND i'll have cute little rat babies. 'cept they're not cute anymore. i'll just hafta order more pregnant dams to keep my baby load there. they're so cute... *say it in a baby voice*
