free food

me and free food - oh boy! ... so sick kids today had an "employee appreciation day" and they gave us free breakfast ... it wasn't great, but i can't complain cuz it was free! they also gave us a free lanard (sp?), which they should do when you get ur badge, but they don't. you hafta buy a friggin' lanard! (it's $5!!!) ... anyways, so i finally have a sick kids lanard now! yay!! food was limited to: mass produced omelettes (with cheddar cheese - it was not-so-good when it was warm... and absolute crap when it got cold), potato chunkos (yum), french toast (not so good), and sausages/bacon (rather tasteless actually). then there were bananas, apples, oranges, and juices... btw, Fairlee cranberry cocktail contains no cranberry juice what-so-ever. it was disturbing. and i got food twice. once with Lee, once with Jinhyung. i was hoping no one would recognize me... but by the amt of ppl that were there, i was worrying for nothing.

jinhyung's afraid of my rat... hehehee... the rat was only 40days old (therefore not very big), but she was afraid of her when she moved. heheheee... oh well, rats have bigger teeth than mice... actually, they have bigger everything (nails, teeth, mouth, everything dangerous and not so dangerous), so i don't blame her.

i bumped into sherrie yesterday! ... we went to junior high together, before i left for garno. she was my main competitor for the "#1 in the grade"-award (i forget what they called it). ... i think i got it once. she got it a lot more times. anyways, i was staring at her on the subway thinking "that kinda looks like sherrie"... but i was sitting and she was standing in the corner, and i was getting off at the last stop, so i didn't wanna get up, trap her in the corner, and ask "are you sherrie" and have it not be her... cuz then i would've had to sit back down and not look around for the next however-many-stops. ya... but she came over to talk to me! ... i guess we both didn't change much in appearance? i dunno... i'd like to think i'm less nerdy now. actually, just less nerdy-looking...

House had macadamian pancakes yesterday (Wilson made 'em for him). i want macadamian pancakes!!! dunno what they are, but hell! they sound GOOOOD!!!
Amazing Race went to Italy. GG was a rerun. and i watch waaaaaaaaay too much TV. screw sleep, TV is better!!!

i have the stupid IMS presentation tomorrow. i hope ppl don't ask me questions. ... i still hafta go thru it fully once - haven't even done that yet. oops. fuck. (i like having a stand for presentation [like the D01 presentations]... cuz then i can hide my "script"... :P

If... no, WHEN, i go back to china, what am i gonna do about my cell phone? does anyone wanna cell phone for a month?? ... maybe i should go back end of May ... cuz that's when i my contract ends... screw rogers, i hate them anyhow. ... trivial matters.
