80th post

wow, this is my 80th post. i'm so cool.

guess what i got today! MY G!!! heheheee... i'm pathetic, i know, but i don't care, cuz i got my G!!!! now i can drink and drive!! :P i was soooooooo scared for the test, and annie yesterday said "you can't parallel park?! u're screwed!!" ... but then she proceeded to teach me how to parallel park using our wallets and her cell phone. heheheee.... anyways, after 2 hrs of practicing parking (both parallel and backing in to a spot), i didn't hafta do either!!!!!!!!!!!! my examiner was sooooooooo cool! we talked the ENTIRE time. he was funny, and he said "you're a good driver" like 3 times, and half-way thru, he said "okay, let's go back and you'll have your G!" ... YAY! i was sooooooo happy, but then i was like "ok munkee, don't crash into anything. that would be a baaad way to end it!!!" .... anyways, i finally got my G! and it only took like 20min. not long at all. the highway portion was fine, three-point-turn was fine, emergency pull over was fine. everything was great. heheheee.... i messed up a couple of times, but regardless, he passed me. heheheee... weeeeeee!!!

i went thru my dad's china pics yesterday. wow, shanghai is sooooooooooooo friggin' pretty. comparing shanghai to even NYC, shanghai kicks ASS!!! (and i LOOOOOVE NYC! i don't love shanghai btw, but i looooove NYC... regardless, buildings/prettiness/technology-wise, shanghai looks AMAZING) ... and then there were lotsa pictures of ppl i dunno. chinese ppl are such muuchers!!! my dad's family in beijing, ppl he hasn't seen in about 30yrs, got to pick the restaurant that they went to. and what restaurant did they pick?! the most friggin' expensive one EVER! every waiter/waitress, and the entire place, from top to bottom, to every single plate and chopstick were made to look like the Tang dynasty. all the seats had golden seat coverings, and the food was from the Tang dynasty too [okay, recipes, not the food, cuz that would be nasty]. anyways... ya. what do think we are?!?! ... anyways. my dad didn't care, cuz tho it's expensive in chinese terms, it wasn't too bad in CDN dollars. hehehee... esp. with our amazing CDN exchange rate right now. woohoo. but i still care. it's not like they enjoyed that restaurant. indeed, they don't like that kinda food. they just can't afford it normally, so they make my dad pay for it. grrrreat. ... meanwhile, all the other places my parents took other ppl to were nice yes, and somewhat expensive, sure, but not this ridiculous!!!!! c'mon!!! ... and they were ppl that I like better anyway. ....

GHB jiejie's daughter is so big. how old is she?!?! i thought she was like 2!!! she's much too big to be 2... she never smiles for the camera either... GHB jiejie is pretty tho. she looks like a very pretty mommy. i hope she didn't do any crazy surgeries to look like that... my yeye looks good, funky glasses, but he looks good otherwise. my mom played pingpong with my yeye's retired army buddies. hehehee... and my did looks weird, but it's okay. and my other gege has acne now. he didn't before. but now that he's 29, he gets acne - i don't get it.
