i have saturday off this weekend.  wow!  ... i guess it's good cuz i have a paper to write... it's been awhile...

 

the retreat was really really dumb today.  $100?!?!?  so NOT worth it!  but stephen lewis is an awesome, amazing, absolutely splendid speaker!  holy cow!!  he used so many 'big' words, and it all made sense!  hahahaaa!  no seriously, he was amazing.  and he is so passionate about this AIDS cause!  obviously, since he dedicated his life to it!  he was the highlight of the day cuz he was just ... WOW!  i don't think i've been to a better lecture, EVER.  kronzucker's lectures come close tho... ya, ya, can't compare, but i seriously think kronzucker was really good.  maybe kronzucker will be the next stephen lewis... kronzucker has dedicated the recent years of his life to feeding the world, so they're similar, on the humanitarian front.

 

oh and btw, if you were interested, stephen lewis is circumsized.  he told us.  all 1000 of us.  ppl laughed.  i made a face and thought "WHOA!  i think i would've lived without that knowledge" .... some ppl in africa want to circumsize all men to slow the spread of AIDS... um... OWWWWW!  even tho i'm not a guy, i still say OWWWWWWWWWW!!!  these ppl should seriously hafta watch a baby get circumsized!  but i guess getting circumsized is better than dying of AIDS... on this, i agree.  but circumcision for the sake of circumcision is only for losers.  religious reasons, i have no comment.

 

other than the talk, it was so boring.  ade, good thing u didn't waste ur time coming.  and the food was horrible.  cold sandwiches.  COLD.  ... we were all expecting hot food.  grrrrrr!!!!  and i've never seen a worse "breakfast" that was being served to more than 20 ppl... who eats sugar loaded cake-like stuff for breakfast?!?!?!  yuck!  i just drank some OJ and then wanted to sleep.  oh ya, and ppl with accents doing major presentations put me to sleep.  when i hafta try hard to understand the simple words, like "concise" and "the", it's too much work - u talk, i sleep.  (not joking about the "the")

 

haven't heard anything new 'bout LH in awhile... "heard" = "read online" .... altho my mom called my JJ, and my JF is close friends with the dude who runs the studio... *sigh* ... if only i had the money and time to go back now... but i have neither... when my JF or my JJ starts their own company, she promised me that she'll get LH to be the spokesmodel.  heheheee... :D  PERKS of having rich friends (almost family).... wish i was in china right now...

 

i got papers for me gege in china!  i feel so useful!  ... or used.... vcan't tell...

where'd my butt booboo bear go?!?  ... i've been looking for him everywhere... but he disappeared along with his entire tree of butt booboo bear friends... now it's balls and other weird xmas stuff... i liked my butt boo bear...
