time... a luxury i do not have... i'm only updating cuz i think i drank too much tea today (again)... but i had it so early in the morning, wtf?!?!?

So anyway, today was great. i get up, and turn on the tv... ended up watching the chinese channels, and low-and-behold, guess what was on as a re-run?!? the whole shanghai new year's eve countdown concert thing!!! ... so, there were three venues then, and so they were switching from one to the other to the other, and i didn't actually get to see leehom this morning, but i recorded it and my mom says that there were leehom parts! yay!!! ... AND, while i was playing with the vcr, my mom was on the phone with somebody - i had no clue who at first, and then my mom said smt like "mimi doesn't know yet, she's gonna be so happy when she knows" ... i was right there. so i looked at her with this "tell me NOW!!!"-look, and she told me... MY JJ IS COMING!!!!!! YAY!!! her grandma died in january, so now they have no "strings" in china that must be held on to!!! and they wanted to come before TT starts school (which is this sept), and my JJ's dad just retired! so the whole entire family is coming!!! so happy!!! my JJ, her husband, JJ's parents, and TT, and JJ's brother (my "googoo")! so happy!!! hehehee... and i ACTUALLY talked to her on the phone today cuz was i so happy! i usually don't talk to china ppl on the phone cuz i honestly have nothing to say that would come out coherent and understandable, so i just don't bother... but today, i talked to her! and she liked my flickr pictures, and she told me about leehom, and i told her about the conert, but she already knew cuz her cousin SaeSae already told her!!! ... oh, i wish they would go stalk him for me... :P ... with all those ocnnections... put 'em to use, woman!!! :P ... so on my way to sickkids today, i was skipping. a lot. so happy!!! so excited!!!

i also did lotsa lab work today, so don't think i slacked. got home at 8PM. it was freaking cold tonite!!! ... my car took so long to start!!!!!!!!! and it has the synthetic motor oil, which is supposedly better!!! ... (this is what my dad tells me, i have no clue) ...

so, my mom's equally excited about this as i am. we're gonna rent a van prolly, when they come, and i hafta check out if TT needs a booster seat. does anyone know? he'll be 6. he's pretty tall for his age, and he's overweight. ... so i think the overweight thing may exclude him from the booster seat? he will NOT be happy sitting in a booster seat... i say, just send him off the camp - it'll teach him to be more independent, that spoiled brat, and we'll also be rid of him for a week or more!! which i'm happy about. i don't like annoying little kids in my room... jimmy and lily... grrrr.... flushed all my game pieces from all my games down the toilet.... i had the boards, and none of the pieces... damn kids.... (this was oh... 12 yrs ago... hehheee...) ... anyways, ya. and i'll be officially 25 then, so no crazy underage surcharges when we rent the car!!! :D yay!!!! ... let's see, where shall we go? ottawa, montreal, where else?!?!
