hellness

so, here's my yesterday...

11AM, walk into Kinko's, asked dude to laminate stuff, and rude dude goes "We're swamped... it'll take 24hrs to laminate cuz laminating is time consuming" ... i ask nice for it to be done today (the day of), and he goes "24hrs. no way it'll be done earlier. we don't have time. 24hrs, and that's pushing it"...
so i conceded, and went to cut up that last piece of thingy before getting it laminated. when i was done, i go back to the counter, and Matthew was there (he's the dude that ALWAYS helps me at Kinko's, he's AWESOME!!!).... i told him my situation, and he was like "ok, when do u need it by?" ... and 2PM it was set for! IN YOUR FACE stupid rude bastard.

so, 2PM, i go pick it up, annie helped me trim it and everything, and then i sent it in to get it bound. told her to bind the top, but she didn't write it down. whatever.

3:30, go in, not done. why? because the smart cookies punched holes on the LEFT side of the book instead of the top for the binding!! awesomeness!!! ... so i basically had to re print, re cut, re glue, re-figure-out-which-side-to-leave-room-on-for-binding, re-laminate and then re-trim half the fucking book!! but FIRST, i had to call MJ to get her to send me everything i need!!! i was there 'til 6:30!!! and Annie was such a HUUUUUGE help!! without her, i would've been there 'til 10 or later!!!! ESPECIALLY cuz of my busted ankle!! ...

anyway, it's done and sent off now... it's over. thank goodness. it looks nice too.

oh, and btw... Facebook is awesome for getting in touch with long-lost friends, etc... but then there are those ppl ... well, let's just say there was a REASON why we "lost touch"... and if my last MANY impressions of u have been of one "category", and all of your friends and wall messages make u also fall into this "category", tell me, why should i assume u've grown out of that category and did something for urself, made something of your life? maybe it was cool to drink and smoke and do drugs in high school (!?!?!?!), but it ain't cool now. and it was never cool to me. ... drinking is not the end all be all of life... GROW UP!!!
