coffee caffeine is nutso

seriously, coffee + munkee = madness....
My eyes are so tired, my eyelids are droopy and having trouble staying up, but i can't close my eyes! nor can i stop shaking my legs!!!! this is crazy! i'm so awake inside, but sooooooooooooooo tired.... i can't describe it, it's so weird.
(i ordered tea, but they gave me coffee.... *rolls eyes* i drank it cuz i was thirsty, which, btw, doesn't help)

we did real physical exams on patients today. it was COOOL! so cool!!! i love this course!!! seeing patients is what it's all about, and i love it! (maybe i'll get isck it... maybe the novelty will wear off, but right now, it's SO AWESOME!) and btw, i loooove my stethoscope, and i LOOOOVE being a total geek and typical "cocky med student" and having the stethoscope around my neck! (but honestly, there's no other good place to put it. it fits funny in the pocket, and having it hang around ur neck wrecks the diaphragm.... it costs almost $200, so gotta take care of it!!!) i also bought a BP cuff online, and sent it to MJ. she's gonna give it to me in Vegas i guess. i'm okay at measuring BP, so i don't worry. [it's not hard]

and lastly, did u know that deoxygenated hemoglobin is blue? that's why ur veins are blue (dorsum of hand, etc)... cuz there's more deoxygenated Hb than oxygenated, which is red. cool eh?? and those automatic satO2 machines basically measures the amt of blue to red to determine ur O2 level in ur blood!!! random things that i never knew...
