Wedding

Serena's wedding was truly the funnest wedding i've ever been to! (out of three: hit head my head on a bus and didn't remember much for the first one [i was 3yo], and then nancy's wedding...)

Highlights of the evening:
- upon entering The Manor, I carried a big blue bag with presents, chachi carried a nice white box (sari box), while andrew carried a dollarama plastic bag with old glassware in it. :D
- as soon as cheech and i walked in the door, i got meself a drink. hehehee...
- about 30min into the night, i was holding the 3rd drink in my hand. wooooooooooooo!! (they were so very very yummy! lychee drinks!)
- all night, the wedding coordinator person kept on changing the schedule around on Ryan and I (we were co-MCs), but it ended up working out really well.
- Serena looked really pretty.
- Chachi, Serena and i did 3 shots together... (then chachi + me + other people minus serena did another one). it was FUN! hehehee.... her new father-in-law also did a shot with us. he's very cool.
- people laughed at my jokes!!! YAY!! (i had to make a speech and some little mini 'speeches', i.e. introductions, etc)
- the slideshow had pics of chachi, me, andrew (and maybe paul too? can't remember).
- ppl kept on thanking me for my speech,... i think at least 20 ppl thanked me...
- dude came up to me near the end of the night, asked if i was the MC, then told me that i should become a comedian, that he thoroughly enjoyed my speech (and all my other little speaking bits), how i spoke, my tone, my voice, and that as the night progressed, he would start laughing even before i spoke. O.o .... (i took that as "you look funnay!" ... hahaaa!) .... and no, he wasn't drunk. Vien can prove it!!!
- the food (antipasto bar) was AWESOME. the pasta was crap. but hey, open deluxe bar = happiness.
- chachi's sari fell apart on the dance floor, and she was re-dressing in the coat-cehck room (dunno why she didn't just go to the bathroom). ... She totally made the coat-check man's night! AND this brown 'uncle' dude came by and watched as she did this, then asked that he be sent the picture i took of her!! HA!
