M - feel like shit
S - sleeping very little
I - lost all interest in everything.  couldn't care less about shit.
G - no guilt
E - energy - low, maybe from apathy
C - concentration..... only enough to write emails
A - appetite - hardly any
P - i find myself walking slower... but nothing too dramatic
S - suicidal ideations - check

there, i've diagnosed myself.  i got all but 2.  maybe three if u don't count concetration.
