Washington - warm.
Toronto - cold.
me wanna live in california, or hawaii. *sniff*

drive back - WHOA!!! ... white-out conditions for about 100miles (the thingy was in miles, not kilometers, hence i'm ocunting in miles... but i have no idea how many kilometers that is)... anyways, REALLY bad snow... like REALLY REALLY bad! i've never driven thru those conditions before... so andrew and i swtiched. where we switched was a strange strange place... we saw "denny's", and that's y we got off highway. but there was only a little pagoda sorta thing there, in amongst the 2 feet of snow!!! ... anyways, the little pagoda led to the denny's thru a covered walkway that went over the highway! never seen that before in a service area off the highway... there was another walkway leading even further from there, but we dunno where it led. anyways, cool snowy spider web outside the window in the walkway - no pictures cuz too cold/windy/snowy to take my camera out. thank god we switched drivers, cuz if i had been driving, i would've killed us all!!!! ... the snowy place was on the I90 east heading towards Buffalo, before Erie... it was weird cuz then in canada, it was all nice and non-snowy.

time to prepare for presentation..

before that... lemme just say Smoke STINKS! .. .all my clothes/bras/sox/underwear and every other piece of clothing i brought to washington stinks of smoke cuz our room wasn't a non-smoking room. UGH!!! ... need to do massive amts of laundry!!!
