too many guys for munkee

林志颖 is coming! 林志颖 is coming! 林志颖 is coming!!! woohoo!!! even though i think he looks like a girl, i still used to love him, and i still have ALL of his albums up to whenever it was, and i still know ALL of his songs (as sad and pathetic as that may be... i admit, it's very very pathetic... but for some reason, i still know all of the words to all of the songs in all of the albums... *sigh* ... what a waste of a perfectly good brain and synapses...) ... oh ya, so he's gonna be at this 'sing-along slash chinese new year' celebration thing at skydome (too bad, it'll never be the Rogers centre to me, always will be the skydome)... it's in conjunction with CCTV, which is the big channel/station in china - it's the biggest, with like >10 different channels (they even have a CCTV English channel! and CCTV spanish AND CCTV french channels!!! i think that's cool). anyways, he'll be performing there, but it'll be all old Chinese songs, and i only know a couple of old chinese songs - i know all old Jimmy songs, but he ain't that old. anyways... 林志颖 = jimmy lin = star/pop artiste i was in love with from grade 6 'til grade 9 or so... (then it was daniel chan, then it was takeshi kaneshiro, and now it's uh-duh, leehom ... and in between were a whole slew of other guys... boy-crazy, yes, i know... what was it, 1.3/month??? i forget now... ester??? and how many times did i fall when skating?? 33?? or am i juz throwing 3s in everywhere??)

So, there's this really cool LeeHom downloads list ... i think everything on there is pretty old... but hey, what the hell, it's still cool. besides, i think i like the old, more modest leehom better anyway. anyways, there was this really funny bit that i found hilarious, that none of the rest of u will get cuz i'm gonna type it out exactly as is (i.e. half in english half in chinese - it was on Shanghai's MTV English channel [yes, they have one... i couldn't have survived my China '02 trip without it... i was IN LOVE with that channel - my only piece of non-china] ... so the host is also an ABC, she was born in Boston, raised in Cali... he was born in Rochester, raised in Rochester)

Host Michelle: 。。。那，公转自转是你第一个中文专辑？ (leehom doesn't say anything at first, then laughs ... the non-existent director would yell "CUUUT" right here) 上次，上次不是。。。

M: ... *laughs outta sheer embarrassment* blah blah explain blah blah development as an artist thru these five albums
LH: right, my development as an ar-ti-s-t (mocking the host) thru these five albums .. blah blah blah...

Munkee goes: AHAJHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAH!!!!!! sooooooooo funny!!!! and what's even better, my LEEHOM SPEAKS ENGLISH!!!! ya, i already knew that, but i just love it when he speaks english!!! cuz u always just hear him speaking chinese... or rapping english at best, which i really really really realy don't like... me no like his gangsta mode, or what billy calls ‘eminem’-like... and anyway, his english is so perfect!! (uh-duh... he was born here... and by here i mean north america, cf. canada)... and he has no accent - LIKE ME!! (and screw micky who thinks i have a 'slight chinese accent'... excuse me?!?! i think not!! i think if u closed ur eyes, u would have no idea that i was chinese!) ...

so, this is what i've been doing... slacking off... not reading mcat stuff (hey, for someone who studied 3, then 5 days for the mcats she’s written, 3 months ahead of time is freaking kick-ass!)... so instead, I watch leehom secretly in my little room on my little laptop and laughing my head off quietly ... ah, my leehom is so cool. can i be a shanghai mtv english vj??? she wasn't even pretty!! and her chinese was weirdly accented!!! okay, i'll stop complaining about her, she's not that bad, at least she's able to make herself understood in chinese and english - good for her, and something I can’t do in china [first impressions hard to overcome… their first impression of me: retard, body of 20-yr-old, mind of 5-yr-old, plus breast implants… or just all together “WHORE”]!! ANYWAYS, still - i wanna be patted like the VJ!!! LeeHom, speak chinese to MEEEEE! AND ENGLISH!!!! *swoons*
