rich ppl

an add on to my blog...

the difference between rich and poor in china is HUUUGE. u see the poor everyday on the street, rummaging thru garbage cans lookig for bottles to recycle (they can get money for 'em), and begging ppl for money in the streets. it's better than before in shanghai, since the cops usually don't let them do this stuff here, but they're still around, some of them. ... but the rich, it's hard to tell whether or not they are or not... but the really rich ppl, are REALLY REALLY fucking rich. i'm talking seriously, millions of dolalrs US annually, TAX FREE!!!! ... they buy versace, gucci, Dolce Gabbana, LV, donna karan, etc, without even having to ponder the decision. they spend hundreds of dollars on other ppl that they barely know, without the slightest little doubt cuz this amt of money is just pennies for them. .... it's kinda scary. ....

my JJ can and probably will spend about $1million CDN on one dinner, with her idol (a singer from this really popular group). cuz apparently, u can buy this sorta of thing. u can buy his time. WOW! ... usually, i despise these ppl that can do this sorta thing, cuz usually, they're not nice at all, and most of them probably never had to work a day in their lives to get what they have. most were born into the lap of luxury, having never had to count pennies for a living, and having never to share anything, or never ever experiencing the feeling of envy. but she's not like that. she grew up dirt poor. well, she was better off than a lot of homeless ppl, but not much. ... therefore, i think, she deserves this. ... she's also extremely down-to-earth for such a crazily rich woman! ... and she still remembers me, her little meimei, and all the ppl who have loved her and helped raised her and her brother. ... she's really cool. .... a million dollars on one dinner tho, is a little excessive. altho if i was as loaded as her, i'd prolly do it too. :P
