there's a fucking smoker beside me on in the stupid internet pub, and i hate him cuz he's blowing smoke in my face and i fucking wanna kill him... so all these entries will now be short... fucking moron...

went to my aunt's place (in JinQiu, really really far from my house) in the morning. cuz cousins and me agreed to meet there and then decided what to do for the day. we were early. we tok the bus (two buses actually) - and it went thru "farm land" (no farms, just not very urban, full of relatively poor ppl). shanghainese ppl very very very exstremely look down upon farm ppl... it's really bad. they're pretty much synonymous with "red necks" and "hicks" in north america. anyways, finaly got there, kill some mosquitoes, gege came, played zuma. didi came, played zuma. ate lunch. decided to go to the indoor ski place. played zuma. finally left. oh wait, other aunt was all pissy, so my mom and my aunt and my uncle all had to call her to convince her to come. then she finally came, refused to sit at the table for lunch, and just watched me play zuma the entire time. zuma's fun man!!!!!

okay, so we cabbed it to the subway, and took the subway to literally the other side of shanghai - it cost 7RMB/person for that trip! that's NUTS!!! usual fare = 3RMB!!!! anwyays, there was a free shuttle to the indoor ski place... so we took that, and then went in. it cost 480RMB for the three of us, for two hrs - very worth it, considering they give you EVERYTHING - jacket, snow pants, skis, shoes, poles, even SOCKS!!! and a locker too!!! ... it was pretty ghetto tho. the "ski lift" was basically just a pole with a circular thing at the bottom... more on that later.

I skiied on the bunny slope once, and then my ski broke (i.e. my boot refused to fit in it). so i had to get it changed, wasted 30min. oh well. then skiied some more on the bunny. ... and then was so daring, i went to the 2nd level!!! ... where i fell and rolled half-way down the slope... and had to walk down the rest of the way, but then skiied down the bunny slope again. i tried the 2nd again later two more times, and fell down both times - it was grreat! ... btw, hte 2nd level here would be considered bunny slopes in canada. i just plain suck. but improvement from before: i didn't cry this time!!!!!!!!!!! (last two times skiing: cried both times)

going up to the 2nd elvel - crazy "lift"... u're supposed to basically "stand" using the lift... it's hard to describe, but it's really dumb. and my Didi, SOMEHOW, ended up going backwards on it!!! if u go up it properly, it already hurts most boys... and he went up backwards on it, so he was in UBER much pain!!!!! hahahahaaa!!!!!

after 2 fun filled skiing hrs, we went to a brazalian grill restaurant near RenMin park. not as good as "red violin" in TO, but decent anyway. the Mojito was the nastiest thing ever, and my sex on the beach was nothing like how it's supposed to taste. my gege's coke was the best thing ordered, other than the food. the pineapple wasn't very good either. ... it cost a total of 315RMB, which isn't much at all for a buffet!!!! andrew and i spent $100CDN i think.... for TWO ppl!!! ...

finally went home... and now i'm going home cuz of the stupid fucking smoker.
