snow...

yestermorn, i looked out of me window, saw that the backend of my car had only wee bits of snow on it, saw that the ppl across the street didn't have much snow, and thought "pffft... what's the big deal?!  it's not that much snow!!!" ... but let me be the first to tell u that a bird's eye view of snow on the ground does not, i repeat: does NOT, tell u how deep the snow is!!!!!  .... oh, i'm so smrt, obviously.... so i waited and waited for the snow to finish falling before i went out, assuming that there wasn't that much snow... oh stupid me.... the snow was soooooooooo fucking deep man!!  ... and since my house faces the west and that's where the wind was coming from, all the snow built up right against our garage door!  there was next to no snow on the back end of my car, but on the front end - 2 feet!!!!  PLUS the 2 feet that were on the ground already!  ... omg.... i parked on the driveway (usually i park in the garage) to lessen my shoveling burden cuz there's usually no snow under the car, etc... 'cept this method doesn't work when there's a whole shitload of snow!  ... i had to back up the car, and then FLOOR it to get it over the 2 feet hump and into the garage!  ... (floor, then brake really really ahrd to avoid hitting th eback of the garage!) ... oh fun times... anwyays, so TWO HOURS of shoveling later, i was gonna die... and i still wasn't done.... my dad came home later and shovelled the remaining bit at the end of the driveway which is the hardest to shovel... he did in 5 minutes... it would've taken me at least 20!  ... i hate snow.... i wish i had a brother, or sister, i don't care, to help me.  well, as long as the sister isn't girly.... that goes for the brother too... *sigh* ...

haven't talked to SanSan in awhile... wonder what she's up to... wonder what my JJ is up to these days... hope she comes soon.

got u of t interview.  yay.  no more schools to hear from now.  ... why are all my interviews sooooooooooo early??!  ... i emailed them to change the time... i hope she emails back soon!  everything's riding on it!!!  ... our plans, all of our wonderfully planned out, meticulous plans!  .... and we gotta book the car too, but can't do that without knowing when my interview will be!

I'm a "featured artist" for the sickkids winter art exhibit.  heheheee... 'cept i think anybody that submitted anything are all "featured" .... oh well!  i'll just set it up, and hope that no one vandalizes my stuff, and that'll be that!  it's like my posters, don't stand by 'em unless i absolutely hafta....

 

next monday: 9 degrees?!?!  according to cp24.com ... weathernetwork.ca paints a different picture tho... a blearier one.  i hope cp24 is right... melt some of the mountain that has built up on the sides of my driveway.... gworsh winter sux....  and i gotta re-spray my shoes to make 'em waterproof... they're leaky and my feet get cold.
