Yesterday's paper had an entire middle spread about "curing epilepsy". kewl! the article was really short tho. but my PI was mentioned! so that was exciting! hahahaaa! i showed my mom, and she was like "it's not ur name..." ... *sigh*...
So, yesterday was full of Korean food! at lunch, we went to that soon tofu place. it doesn't have an English name, nor does it have a chinese name... so below is what it looks like. have fun trying to find it! (the number's in the pic, call 'em). ... so, annie and i go this restaurant like ALL the time! it's so yummy!! i always get the kimchi soon tofu, altho last time, they put like no hot stuff in it. grrrr.... so next time, i'm going for the all-out spicy. pansy-ass dan couldn't handle it last time, we'll see how i fare! hahahaa! conclusions: 5 stars outta 5 for taste and value. :D yup. i don't post anything that's less than 5 outta 5. it's either crap or it's really good. otherwise, it's just too normal to post. :P
Then, i went to class. it ended early cuz Luis didn't present. he gets out of it cuz he stutters. no fair! hmph! .... Anyway, after class, it was right off to Annie's place! she picked me up from her lobby, and off we went to Galleria (Yonge/Centre in Thornhill). we "shopped" for a bit. I learned about Korean food, saw all of their "sidedishes" (which btw, looks all the same), sampled some, ate some of those flat-popcorn-like-things (they're yummy!), and bought some genmaicha and kimchi. .... then, we picked a place to eat.... it wasn't good. i'm so daring, KamJaTang again. this place sux compared to the Kennedy/Steeles one.... this one so fishy!!! and their meat was cold... yuck. trying a different place and different food next time! HAHAAA!
