grandparents

i have the coolest grandma, EVER. my grandma and grandpa together totally trump even Leehom's grandparents. i doubt even he'd contest that.

(billy's grandpas together totally trump most other families that existed back then. totally serious.)

[just so one set of grandparents don't steal all of the thunder, i hafta say, my other grandpa's cool too... if only he'd wear a red suit, he'd look like santa claus. he was a prof too, and he actually knows what "being published" means, cf. most of his children and grandchildren!!!!!! he definitely made the biggest fuss when i got published.]

if ur grandparents are alive today - cherish them. cuz they are so so so much cooler than you can ever imagine. go talk to them, let them tell you their life story, they'll love you more for it.
