I had 23 yesterday. but they were little ones (effective, only 2 pieces on each). ... but yes, 23. yeepeee!!!
"spa"-food is gross... or maybe its just cuz its Beijing.... maybe "spa"-food is better in shanghai. Buffets are popular in China now - strange concept...
"worked out" yesterday too. in pain today. and am so bored.
